COMMITTEE OF MANAGEMENT
Committee of Management...
Gardiner Preschool is a not for profit, community-based kindergarten. This means we run and operate without involvement from local councils, churches or schools.
We do, however, have LOTS of involvement from the Gardiner Preschool families. For example, we manage our kindergarten via a volunteer Committee of Management, which perform various roles to help keep things running in conjunction with our experienced professional teaching staff. Parents can also help by being class representatives or working bee coordinators, putting together our regular newsletter, picking up mail from the post office, helping staff with fruit duty or joining us on excursions.
There are heaps of ways you can contribute to the operation & running of our kindergarten, so ask us for more information on how you can get involved – don’t forget that community is a doing word!!
